This is a super busy week. Today is Parent Lunch Day for families with the last name beginning with letters L-R.
Wednesday we have a full day of school with Parent/ Student/ Teacher conferences afterwards.
Thursday Fr. Greg will be taped to the gym WALL at 8:15 am. Then a full day of school and Parent/ Student/ Teacher conferences in the afternoon and evening.
Friday has been declared a DRESS DOWN DAY by Mrs. Trachsel. Student Leadership is having a Buddy Activity where each child needs to bring a roll of toilet paper to wrap their Buddy up like a mummy. I'm sure there will be lots of pictures on the school Facebook page about that. Then, there is the greatly anticipated Halloween Party at 2:15.
Don forget next Monday is a school holiday.
With all that going on, we will still have Word Journal vocabulary, math homework, books for nightly reading and Friday Journals.
All of that in just four days. We are super busy in first grade! Enjoy, I'm sure they will have wonderful tales to tell you about this week.
