Almost every child greeted me this morning with some phrase describing the few days of school remaining. With the beautiful weather, we celebrated and ate lunch in the garden. We practiced for Mass today.
There will be math homework this evening and most evenings until next Wednesday.
I am overwhelmed by all the generous gifts coming in for Teacher Appreciation. The flowers, garden ornaments, chocolate, gift certificates, jewelry and candles are just perfect. I think the children must have given you some guidance.
Next Wednesday we will have the Awards Ceremony in the afternoon at 1:00 in church. First grade students will receive awards, so plan on attending if possible.
Tomorrow is the last 1:30 dismissal. Don't forget about it being a dress down day.
