There is a flyer coming home in the FISH FOLDER tonight about the canned food drive in which we are competing against the other local Catholic School. Each day there will be prizes given out in the school to students and classes for cans of food donated. But at the end of the week, if our school brings in the most in total weight of food, Mrs. Trachsel will give us a DRESS DOWN WEEK!!!! Clean out the pantry and hit the grocery store sales, all to help the Samaritan Center.
There is a new list of Word Journal coming home tonight. Be sure to practice these new words and the words from the previous lists. The children will be tested over recognition of them for a report card grade. There will be math homework every night this week. Continue to read those books with your children nightly as well. The classroom chart is filling up with stickers.
