This week the First Grade is taking the parts at the grade school Mass on Wednesday. Some of the children have parts to read. We practiced them at church today and it went very well. If you are able to attend the Mass at 1:45 Wednesday, that will be great. The adults are asked to sit in the back of church, so that the children can see the alter and the priest.
We have the usual this week, a new list of Word Journal vocabulary, a new list of spelling words and math homework each evening.
Next week is a very exciting and busy time, Catholic Schools Week. There are so many activities every day. It will be helpful for you to print off the CSW Schedule from the school website and check it each morning before you leave for school. There are dress down days, spirit wear days, a Penny War, snack cart, Family Fun Nights and so much more.
