Updates

There are two important letters with information coming home in the book bag tonight. One is a letter from the first grade teachers about the third quarter skills, spelling tests and the 100th Day of School.  The other is about earning a free ticket to Six Flags.  The children need to continue to fill out the book log in the FISH Folder every evening for the Scholastic Reading Counts.  If you want to also fill out the Six Flags form counting the minutes they read, that is great.  The nightly reading from the book in our classroom will count for both. The Six Flags form must be in by February 26 with a total of 360 minutes.
The first grade will be taking the parts for the Mass on January 24 at 1:45 pm.  Some of the children have special parts.  Feel free to join us in this celebration.
