I just can't believe we have three more weeks of school and the year is half over.  I will be doing lots of testing for report card grades in the next two weeks.  So, review the all the high frequency words from unit 8 to the end.  There is a new list of words this week, unit 14.   However, there will not be a any other new list of words again until after Christmas. 
We continue to move right along in math.  As usual, there will be a page or two of math homework every night this week.
I am so proud of the children with the Reading Counts program.  Some of them are nearing 100 point mark and will get their name on the big bulletin board by the front door of school.
Friday is Saint Nicholas Day.  The entire school gets to wear crazy socks to celebrate. 
We are talking about the season of Advent.  Each class will bring forward their Advent wreath tomorrow at Mass for a special blessing.
We will get it see the dress rehearsal of the Fall Concert on Thursday.  The children as excited.
