Wednesday is the long awaited Grandparents Day. We are practicing the Mass parts and making things for our Grandparents when they visit. The children are so excited. We have 128 grandparents signed up to attend. What an awesome show of support for these children! The parking gates open at 12:30. We will meet the grandparents in Selinger Cafeteria.
Don't forget, the first grade will also lead the school in the Stations of the Cross on Thursday at 1:45. All parents are invited to attend.
Thursday is Spring Picture Day. Students may dress up or dress down. Friday is the regular Dress Down Day for those who completed their homework on time.
We are continuing with our Lenten practices of prayer fasting and alms giving. Many of the children are bringing change for the collection at church. Thank you for helping me teach the concept of tithing.
There are the regulars this week, spelling list, Word Journal vocabulary and nightly reading assignment.
Most of the report cards have been returned. There is no specific day scheduled for conferences. So, I will be contacting those of you who requested a conference by email to set up time.
