My birthday was wonderful. As they walked in the classroom, each child handed me a card. I enjoyed reading them to the class. The children made the day very special for me.
This week is play week. So, we will see the play preview on Wednesday at 1:45. That move Mass this week to Friday at 9:45. The children are taking the alms giving very seriously. They are eager to do a small chore, either at home or here at school, to earn some change for church.
Today marks the beginning of fourth quarter. That means the hardest skills are yet to be mastered. Motivation and encouragement to do your their best to the very end of school will go a long way now as the weather warms and the daylight stays later.
As usual, there are new Word Journal vocabulary and spelling words. The pretest is Wednesday and the final test is Friday.
