There will be no school this Friday, September 25. Teachers will be have a professional development in-service day.
So there is a new set of High-Frequency Words in the notebook for review this week. It is due back signed on Thursday, September 24.
There will be math homework on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evening along with a book to read.
In Social Studies we have been talking about our American Symbols. Today we played a matching game. Ask your child to tell you some of the facts we learned. In Religion we have been talking about Moses and the Creation Story. We finished watching Charlotte's Web today. I will begin reading another E.B. White composition, The Trumpet of this week.
